We aim to respond to all enquiries on the same day!

Design Planning
We will plan the details of your furniture together, after which you will receive a quotation by email.

Order Confirmation
We will add your piece to our production queue. You will receive an advance invoice for 40% of the product price by email.

Crafting Your Piece
Your piece will be handcrafted at our workshop in Takamaa. You can follow its progress on Instagram @havune_oy.

Home Delivery
You will receive an estimated lead time as soon as you contact us, typically around 4–12 weeks. We will also include a more precise estimated delivery week in the quotation. The final delivery date will be agreed once your piece is ready.
06
Final Invoice
You will receive the final invoice for the remaining 60% of the product price by email once your order has been delivered.
